My Why
My passion for occupational therapy comes from a deep belief that every individual deserves to feel understood, valued, and able to participate in the world around them in a way that works for them. I am particularly passionate about creating opportunities for children to connect with nature, as I have seen first-hand the powerful impact outdoor environments can have on regulation, confidence, and wellbeing.

I am committed to working alongside families and children in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and meaningful—focusing not just on challenges, but on strengths, potential, and what truly matters to each child and their journey.

My Why

My passion and commitment to Occupational Therapy is deeply personal. As a parent with lived experience, I have navigated the complexities of the health and social care systems from the other side of the table. I understand the weight of the "support network" because I am part of one.

I am committed to ensuring that every young person feels safe, valued, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. I believe that each young person’s voice is the most important voice and approach every individual with the same patience, calm, and empathy I would want for my own family, ensuring that therapy isn’t just a clinical process, but a pathway to being truly seen and heard
